This one-day event features three exceptional concerts showcasing a diverse range of music performed by renowned musicians from Australia and abroad. The Prelude Festival starts at 11am with an all-Baroque concert featuring works by Bach, Handel, and Muffat, performed by a trio from the ensemble Van Diemen's Band, comprising violin, harpsichord, and organ. Under the baton of internationally acclaimed conductor Nicholas Carter , the AYO will showcase the virtuosity of Australia's finest young musicians in this powerful program.
